Analyze, evaluate and provide theoretical support for the Chinese herbal medicine projects that the company is planning to implement

Conduct detailed pharmacology experiments to facilitate effective decision-making during drug discovery projects.

Control the quality of the company's products by testing, evaluating, and verifying the quality of raw materials and finished products.

Contribute to the research and development of the firm's new products to evaluate, improve and propose commercialization strategies.

In charge of the maintenance and operation of the experimental equipment, and participate in the inspection of the production equipment.

Compile experimental results, summarize the experiences related to research and development, and supervise the technical personnel.

Maintain a record of challenges encountered during product development and production, and communicate these to upper management regularly.

Act as a liaison with management and customers/auditors on matters relating to the quality system

Monitor & Control internal & external NCRs, CARs, etc. (status of open/closed, and also effectiveness checks)

Assist Customer Service (sales) with resolution information for customer complaint instances

Accompany on-site customer quality representatives during their visits/audits

Prepare Certificates of Conformity for customer orders that require them. (prepare for signature)

Assemble test reports for customers and special projects that are specifically assigned (per customer requirements)

Co-ordinate outside testing for customer orders, and support internal testing coordination when needed

Perform regular internal DATAPAQ testings
